Union Station Hotel

Union Station Hotel is now a luxurious Nashville hotel however it has a past that can't be chased away. While it was still a functioning train station in 1918 there was a horrific train collision where 101 people died and many more were injured. It is reported that several of the deceased from that accident still haunt various floors of the hotel.

The Hermitage-Andrew Jackson Home

The Hermitage was the home to President Andrew Jackson from before his presidency till the day he died and beyond. President Jackson and his wife are both entombed on the property and it is said that President Jackson still roams his house at night.

Carter House

The Carter house was at the center of the Battle of Franklin and is said to be haunted by many of the soldiers that were killed on the property from both sides. Take the tour and get the whole story including the 1,000 bullet
holes and where the family hid during the battle through their house.

Carnton Plantation

The Carnton Plantation is haunted by the same battle as the Carter House, and while the plantation may not have been directly in the middle of battle it turned into the hospital for both sides from the bloody battle.
While there are hundreds of soldiers buried on the premises the plantation is haunted by one soldier in particular who will walk the perimeter of the property and the porch. It’s also said the house is also haunted by Caroline the only person living in the house at the time of the battle, and the cook.

Belmont Mansion

The Belmont Mansion was home to Adelicia Acklen one of the most wealthy women of her time in the late 1980’s. It is said that Adelicia still occupies the house and can be seen walking around the house in her
extravagant dresses or starring out the window waiting for her children to return.
